Kuwait food inspectors issue 11 violations, destroy 264 kg of rotten food in Farwaniya

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 25: The Public Authority for Food and Nutrition conducted an inspection campaign in Farwaniya Governorate, resulting in 11 violation reports, one commitment undertaking and the seizure and destruction of 264 kilograms of food products that failed to meet approved specifications.

The campaign was part of the authority’s ongoing inspection efforts to strengthen food safety oversight, ensure compliance with applicable standards and protect public health.

The authority continues to conduct inspection campaigns across Kuwait to monitor food establishments and prevent the circulation of food products that do not meet required specifications.
