Kuwait handball intensify their training.

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 13: The technical team of Kuwait national handball, under the guidance of Algerian coach Saeed Hegazy, initiated physical assessments focusing on fitness and strength for the first-team players at the commencement of local training for Kuwait. This training serves as part of the preparations for the 21st Asian Championship, a crucial event doubling as the 2025 World Cup qualifiers, set to take place in the Kingdom of Bahrain from January 11 to 25.

Assisting coach Mohamed Masoudane and physical therapist Mahdi Al-Bakous actively participated in conducting the physical fitness evaluations for the players.

Al-Bakoush emphasized that the primary objective of these tests is to safeguard the players' health. Conducting these assessments plays a crucial role in preventing the recurrence of muscle injuries that some players have faced in previous periods, both before and after their involvement with the Blue Club in various tournaments.

He further explained, "Our goal is to minimize the risk of injuries, adequately prepare the players, and enhance their physical development so they can be fully prepared for the upcoming matches."
