Kuwait City, Feb 11: The strategic partnership aims to create unique learning opportunities that enhance development and innovation in the society. The Kuwait Institute of Banking Studies (KIBS) and kuwait technical college (ktech) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to enhance cooperation and deepen educational partnerships in the fields of education and innovation. The MoU was signed by Ms. Rana Abdullah Al-Nibari, Director General of KIBS, and Mr. Meshari Ayman Boodai, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ktech, in a ceremony held at the KIBS headquarters.
The MoU aims to exchange experiences, expertise and information, and the necessity of mutual benefit from the capabilities available to each of them to advance the tasks entrusted to their work and the desire of both parties to enhance and consolidate and support the joint cooperation relationship to become a strategic partnership. The MoU reflects the commitment of KIBS as an educational institution to provide a stimulating educational environment that enhances personal and professional development and provides trainees with the necessary experiences to face challenges and open up horizons of opportunities for them to learn new things in the fields of banking, business and marketing management, as well as arm them with the necessary experience and skill. While ktech is committed to providing technical education and innovation, which contributes to developing the skills and abilities of trainees.
The two parties affirmed that this strategic alliance reflects their common interest and readiness to enhance cooperation in various fields, as this partnership is a starting point for advanced educational programs and projects that contribute to motivating trainees and qualifying them to face future challenges with confidence and efficiency and enhance the interaction between the educational and technical sectors, and pave the way for unique learning opportunities that enhance development and innovation in the society.
“We are delighted to sign this MoU with ktech, which is a leading institution in the field of technical education and innovation. This MoU will strengthen our collaboration and enable us to offer our trainees the best of both worlds: the practical and the theoretical. We believe that this partnership will create a positive impact on the banking and financial sector and the society as a whole,” said Ms. Rana Abdullah Al-Nibari, Director General of KIBS.
The two parties will also work on exchanging experiences and training staff and exchanging educational resources, facilities and infrastructure to enrich the educational experience and create a suitable learning environment for the participants in the training programs, and the two parties will present research and development projects to bridge the gap between the banking and technical fields, enhancing innovation and knowledge exchange. And they will work together to organize joint events, conferences, seminars, sponsorships, and nominations for programs including business management that contribute to enhancing synergy between the banking and technical sectors.
