Kuwait introduces new service to access Constitutional Court rulings through Sahel app

Kuwait's Sahel app now includes access to Constitutional Court rulings

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 13: The Ministry of Justice announced the launch of a new service on Thursday, allowing users to view the Constitutional Court's rulings through the unified government e-services application, "Sahel."

In a press statement, the ministry explained that this service enables users to access the Constitutional Court’s rulings electronically, organized by year.

The service, available under the Constitutional Court section on the application, offers a quick and efficient way to review key judicial decisions. The ministry emphasized that this initiative enhances transparency within the judicial system and helps the public better understand legal rulings.
