KUWAIT CITY, Jan 26: The Ministry of Interior has officially decreed that notifications disseminated via the "Kuwait Mobile ID" and "Sahel" applications are recognized as official messages. The first article of this decision emphasizes the use of these notifications for Kuwaiti citizens and expats to streamline processes such as summoning, transaction completion, and reviews across all Ministry sectors. Article Two specifies that the acting Undersecretary of the Ministry is tasked with executing this decision, effective from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
