KUWAIT CITY, April 17: The Public Relations Department of the Kuwait Municipality announced that the Engineering Audit and Follow-up Department in Jahra Governorate recently carried out a field inspection targeting construction violations across investment, commercial, industrial, and private residential properties. The initiative aims to ensure adherence to existing regulations and take appropriate action against violators.

This inspection is part of a series of planned field visits. During the third round in Jahra Governorate, the specialized team surveyed multiple sites, identifying several breaches of building codes. As a result, nine warnings were issued for violations in the Al Waha and Jahra areas.

The Public Relations Department confirmed that similar inspections will continue across various governorates according to a pre-arranged schedule, in coordination with relevant departments. These efforts are part of the Municipality’s ongoing campaign to monitor construction activity and enforce compliance with approved regulations and guidelines.
