KUWAIT CITY, Mar 4: Morality detectives have successfully apprehended four expatriate women caught begging in the governorates of Farwaniya and Jahra. The women, who hold two different Arab nationalities, were immediately referred to the competent authorities for deportation from the country. A security source confirmed that the arrests were made as part of ongoing efforts to combat begging, which is illegal in Kuwait. The source added that the necessary legal measures will also be taken against the sponsors of the four expatriates, holding them accountable for the violations committed by those under their sponsorship. Authorities continue to crack down on begging activities, urging the public to report such incidents to help maintain order and security in the country.
