The young woman seen in a video claiming that officers at the Khaitan police station assaulted her is a Jordanian national. Police records show she has three prior cases of disappearance and one for escaping from a police station. Additionally, her brother has eight cases against him involving quarrels and harassment. Authorities confirm that neither she nor her brother was assaulted, as alleged. A formal case has been filed against her by the police. Meanwhile, a deportation order has been issued for her brother.
