KUWAIT CITY, Aug 3: Foreign Minister Abdullah Al-Yahya confirmed to Al-Rai that all Kuwaiti embassies worldwide have prepared plans to evacuate citizens in the event of any emergency.
Al-Yahya emphasized that Kuwait is closely monitoring regional developments and is prepared at various levels to respond to any arising situations.
Regarding the situation in Lebanon, Al-Yahya mentioned that the number of Kuwaiti citizens in the country is currently small, based on recent statistics.
Additionally, the General Staff of the Army has refuted claims that Kuwait's lands and bases were used as launch sites for targeting neighboring countries. The Army stressed that Kuwait has not and will not allow its airspace or territory to be used for attacks on any neighboring or friendly nations.
