KUWAIT CITY, April 29: Acting Director General of the Public Authority for Manpower, Marzouq Al-Otaibi, met with Kuwait’s Ambassador to the Philippines, Meshari Al-Nibari, to discuss the latest developments in the recruitment of Filipino workers and explore avenues for enhanced cooperation between the two countries.

During the meeting, Al-Otaibi outlined the Authority’s ongoing efforts to streamline the migration process and ensure a smooth transition for Filipino workers coming to Kuwait. He emphasized that Kuwaiti labor laws provide significant benefits and protections to foreign workers.

Al-Otaibi also reaffirmed the Authority’s commitment to safeguarding the rights of expatriate workers and noted that Kuwait’s labor market continues to attract talent with essential specializations. He added that the Authority’s staff is fully prepared to work with all government bodies to support the country’s developmental and humanitarian objectives.
