KUWAIT CITY, April 8: The Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research (KISR) reported that a minor earthquake measuring 3.2 on the Richter scale was detected southwest of Al-Manaqish late Monday, April 7, 2025.
According to a statement released by the institute, the tremor occurred at approximately 11:45 p.m. local time and originated at a depth of 13 kilometers.
No damage or casualties have been reported as of now. KISR continues to monitor seismic activity across the region through the Kuwait National Seismic Network.
