In an official press release from the General Department of Security Relations and Media, the Ministry urged both Kuwaitis and expats to exercise caution and remain vigilant in the face of such deceptive communications. The purpose of this alert is to prevent individuals from falling prey to these fraudulent schemes.

Emphasizing the importance of safeguarding personal information, the Ministry strongly advised against sharing any bank details with these impostors. Instead, individuals are urged to promptly report any suspicious calls to the relevant authorities.
