KUWAIT CITY, Feb 15: Acting Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef, has issued Resolution No. 180 of 2025, introducing amendments to Ministerial Resolution No. 20/1971. The changes include new fees and modifications to existing charges for transactions handled by the General Administration of Nationality and Travel Documents in Kuwait.

Two new clauses, numbered (8 and 9), have been added to Article 1 of Ministerial Resolution No. 20/1971, specifying the following:

- Issuance or renewal of a passport at the airport (valid for five years): 13 dinars
- Issuance or renewal of a passport at the airport (valid for ten years): 16 dinars

The Undersecretary of the Ministry is responsible for implementing this resolution, which will take effect upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
