KUWAIT CITY, April 23: On Sunday, the Kuwait Football Club team achieved a 4-1 victory over their counterpart, Kazma, in the local Premier League (Zain League). This victory helped the Kuwait Football Club team to maintain its position as the leader of the league, with 43 points. The win also widened the difference between the two teams to four points.

Kuwait Football Club dominated the game and proved its worthiness of leading the championship. Muhammad Marhoon scored the first goal in the 11th minute, followed by two goals by Yassin Al-Khunaisi in the 55th and 79th minutes, respectively, with the latter goal coming from a penalty kick. Youssef Nasser scored the final goal for the Kuwait Football Club team in the 95th minute, also from a penalty kick. Kadhimah scored the only goal for Kazma in the 57th minute, with Nasser Al-Faraj as the scorer.

With this win, the Kuwait Football Club team maintained its position at the top of the league with 43 points, while Kazma remained in second place with 39 points.
