Kuwaiti players training for the friendly match against Saudi Arabia.

JEDDAH, Nov 14: The Kuwaiti basketball team will face off against the Saudi team this evening in Jeddah in a friendly match as part of its preparation for upcoming events.

The Kuwaiti delegation arrived in Jeddah two days ago, led by Federation Vice President Mohsen Al-Sahmi. The team includes Serbian coach Oliver Kostic, assistant coach Khaled Al-Qallaf, and 12 players: Turki Hamoud, Hamad Adnan, Alexander Al-Ghais, Imran Jawhar, Musaed Al-Otaibi, Youssef Al-Hamdan, Hussein Al-Khabbaz, Abdulrahman Al-Juma, Abdulmohsen Murtada, Abdulaziz Al-Hamidi, Nawaf Al-Enezi, and Talal Al-Obaidi.

This friendly match against Saudi Arabia is part of the training program organized by the Federation's training committee in coordination with the national team’s technical and administrative staff. As per the plan, experimental matches with various teams are scheduled during international breaks to optimally prepare the team for future competitions.
