KUWAIT CITY, Dec 15: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has called on owners of mobile food truck licenses to obtain smart licenses through the ministry’s website, the “Commercial Registry Portal”, and stressed the need to display the license prominently on the vehicle, reports Al-Seyassah daily.
It affirmed that the smart license includes all regulatory approvals and can be verified electronically. The ministry insisted that license holders must comply with these instructions by December 31, 2025, warning that failure to obtain or properly display the license will result in penalties in accordance with regulatory procedures.
