KUWAIT CITY, Oct 21: Kuwait U17 team will hold its final training session this evening at Abdullah Al Khalifa Stadium at Al Yarmouk Club in preparation for the upcoming Asian Cup qualifiers.

Kuwait will host the Group 7 competitions from October 23 to 27, featuring teams from Australia, Indonesia, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

The tournament kicks off for the Blues tomorrow as they face Indonesia, followed by a match against Australia next Friday, and concluding with a game against the Northern Mariana Islands on Sunday.

The top team from each of the ten groups, along with the five best second-placed teams, will earn a spot in the finals, which will be held in Saudi Arabia next year.

Led by Croatian coach Ferdo Milin, the technical staff has selected 26 players for the squad, including Saleh Mohammed, Ahmed Al Shawaf, Abdulrahman Mohammed, Zain Al Abedin Marafi, Fawaz Al Dawood, Abdullah Al Qarzai, Ayed Al Shalaqi, Abdullah Al Aybani, Abdulrahman Al Suwaidi, Hamad Al Saeed, Mohammed Al Ansari, Mohammed Al Mulla, Suleiman Jamal, Abdullah Al Ansari, Abdulrahman Al Shuaib, Khaled Al Saeed, Misfer Al Adwani, Mishaal Al Dhafiri, Bilal Mubarak, Ismail Khorshid, Laith Al Qallaf, Mubarak Al Ajmi, Mohammed Al Ateeqi, Khaled Al Nuwaif, Ali Al Maraghi, and Abdullah Al Kharji.
