KUWAIT CITY, Jan 30: Dr. Mahmoud Boushehri, Minister of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy, met with US Ambassador to Kuwait, Karen Sasahara, to discuss cooperation in the areas of energy and water desalination.
According to a press statement released by the ministry on Thursday, the meeting was part of the ongoing productive and constructive collaboration between the two friendly nations concerning the ministry's current and future projects.
The two officials also explored opportunities to benefit from US expertise in training and qualifying local professionals working in the electricity, water, and renewable energy sectors.
