Bade Al-Shuaibi wins Best Director and Best Presentation in Children's Theater Competition.

OMAN, Muscat, Nov 2, (Agencies): The fourth International "Al-Din" Festival in Oman concluded its activities yesterday at the main stage of the Omani Automobile Association. The closing ceremony was attended by the Governor of Muscat, Hilal bin Saud Al-Busaidi, the Honorary President of the "Al-Din" Group, Taghreed bint Turki Al-Said, the festival's president, Muhammed Al-Nabhani, and the festival director, Idris Al-Nabhani, along with several officials in Omani theater.

During the closing ceremony, awards were distributed to the participating teams in the festival's competitions. Kuwait, in the adult theater category, won two awards: "Best Set Design" for Sarah Al-Abdullah for the play "Al-Sa'at Al-Tasia" by the Kuwaiti Theater Group. Director Badr Al-Shuaibi received the award for "Best Direction." Iraq won "Best Presentation" for the play "Khalaf" directed by Muhannad Al-Hadi. The Spanish group received the "Best Collective Performance" award. Additionally, actors Haitham Abdel Razzaq from Iraq and Walid Al-Debs from Syria were jointly awarded "Best Leading Actor." Suleiman Al-Rahbi from Oman received the "Best Supporting Actor" award.

In the children's theater competition, Kuwait received awards for "Best Presentation" and "Best Direction," both collected by director Bader Al-Shuaibi. Kuwait also won awards for "Best Set Design," "Best Musical Composition," "Musical Effects," and "Lighting." Oman won "Best Street Theater" for the play "Al-Manateq."

The closing ceremony also included the presentation of certificates of appreciation to the participants in the festival's activities, which started on October 23 under the theme "Guests of the World in Oman."
