KUWAIT CITY, Dec 31: The Public Prosecution has detained a citizen on charges of killing a Filipino domestic worker by beating her and then burying her in the garden of his house in Saad Al-Abdullah more than a month ago. Also, two Kuwaiti citizens and an Asian woman have been detained on charges of violating the sanctity of the corpse and failing to report the crime. The Public Prosecution visited the scene of the incident to inspect both the location and the body. Investigators from the General Department of Criminal Evidence and Forensic Medicine Department have been assigned to carry out their procedures. The accused individuals have been interrogated regarding the charges, and the investigation is ongoing.
