President of India Draupadi Murmu and Kuwaiti Ambassador Mishal Al-Shamali

KUWAIT CITY, June 1: In a formal ceremony held at the Presidential Palace, Mishal Al-Shamali, the newly appointed Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to the Republic of India, presented his credentials to President Draupadi Murmu. The ceremony marks a significant step in reinforcing the diplomatic relations between the two nations.

According to a statement from the Embassy of the State of Kuwait in New Delhi, received by Kuwait News Agency on Saturday, Ambassador Al-Shamali conveyed the greetings and well-wishes of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah to President Murmu. He expressed his deep pride in the trust placed in him by His Highness the Amir, affirming his commitment to enhancing bilateral relations and fostering cooperation across various sectors to strengthen the bonds of friendship between Kuwait and India.

President Murmu, in return, extended her greetings to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, wishing Kuwait further development and prosperity. She expressed her hopes for the success of Ambassador Al-Shamali in his diplomatic duties and emphasized India's readiness to support and facilitate his mission to enhance bilateral ties.
