KUWAIT CITY, Jan 28: Jahra security forces have apprehended a Kuwaiti citizen and a Gulf national in possession of five bags of crystal meth. The arrest took place in the parking lot of a school located in the Saad Al-Abdullah area. According to a security source, Jahra patrols were conducting an inspection tour when they noticed a suspicious vehicle parked in the school's designated parking area. The car had two individuals inside, and upon approaching them, officers observed that the occupants appeared to be in an unusual state.
The source informed that after verifying the identities of the individuals, it was revealed that one was a Kuwaiti citizen and the other a Gulf national. One of the suspects was wanted in connection with a theft case, while the other had previously been sentenced to one year in prison in a separate case. A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of five bags containing crystal meth. The seized narcotics were confiscated, and the suspects were handed over to the relevant authorities for further legal action.
