KUWAIT CITY, May 21: Police have referred an expatriate and a Kuwaiti citizen to the General Administration for Narcotics Control for possession and abuse of drugs. The referral file included a chemical bag, a roll of crystal meth, and a bottle of mineral water that had been replaced with locally distilled liquor.

According to a security source, the citizen was apprehended in the Abu Halifa area after being stopped for running a red light. Upon inspection, he was found to be under the influence and in possession of a drugs bag. The expatriate, on the other hand, was arrested in Al-Jleeb while on foot, and authorities discovered alcohol and a bag containing crystal meth with him
