Kuwaiti Army's Defense Council reviews latest developments
Al-Muzain heads the Defense Council meeting

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 29:  Lieutenant General Pilot Bandar Salem Al-Muzain, Chief of General Staff of the Kuwaiti Army, chaired a meeting of the Military Defense Council today to review the latest developments and outline future strategies for the army's next phase.

During the session, the Council praised the recent official visit of the First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef to the United Arab Emirates. The visit is expected to bolster joint military cooperation between the two countries, particularly in the fields of military training and technology, with the goal of enhancing the readiness of the armed forces.

The Council also discussed various military updates and other key issues of interest.

In his remarks, Chief of Staff Al-Muzain stressed the importance of closely following up on the execution of assigned tasks and responsibilities. He highlighted the need to address any obstacles that may impede the implementation of military plans, programs, and strategies, while taking all necessary measures to ensure that army units are fully capable of performing their duties effectively.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Chief of Staff Major General Pilot Sabah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, along with members of the Military Defense Council and senior military officers.
