KUWAIT CITY, Oct 14: A 40-year-old Kuwaiti citizen was arrested in an unresponsive state by Jahra police officers following a security chase and collision with several vehicles. It turned out that he had a criminal record. He had also threatened to commit suicide during his arrest.

According to a security source, police officers received a report about a person in 40's stopping motorists on the road impersonating a detective.

Immediately, patrols headed out and he fled the site. He was chased until the noose was tightened around him. He got out of his vehicle in an abnormal state and threatened to commit suicide, but he got arrested by the security officers.

It was found that he had a criminal record. He was referred to the concerned authority where legal actions will be taken against him.
