KUWAIT CITY, April 24: A 49 yr old Kuwaiti citizen filed a report claiming that he was insulted and slandered by an expatriate inside a government building while carrying out a transaction. According to a security source, the citizen stated that a tall man of Arab nationality verbally insulted him in front of both customers and employees. The reason behind the expatriate’s behavior remains unclear. The situation escalated to the point where the expatriate attempted to physically assault the citizen, but was restrained by bystanders. Following the incident, the citizen proceeded to the police station to formally file a complaint. The suspect has been arrested and is currently under investigation in connection with the allegations.
