SHANGHAI, Feb 26: The Kuwait Embassy in China celebrated Kuwait's National Holidays with a reception attended by Chinese Middle East Special Envoy Chai Jun, alongside numerous diplomats from Beijing. Ambassador Jassim Ibrahim Al-Najem praised the longstanding relations between Kuwait and China, highlighting Kuwait's distinction as the first Gulf nation to establish diplomatic ties with China in 1971 and its role as the first Middle Eastern country to sign a cooperation agreement on the Belt and Road Initiative
