Kuwaiti Officer Sentenced to 7 Years for Vehicle Transfer Forgery

KUWAIT CITY, Sep 16: Kuwait Court of Appeals has sentenced a lieutenant colonel in the Ministry of Interior to seven years of hard labor for charges of forgery and illegally transferring a vehicle without the owner's consent. The court, however, decided to acquit two civilian employees involved in the transaction, citing their compliance with the officer's orders.
