KUWAIT CITY, Aug 28: A 34-year-old Kuwait citizen reported the theft of 100 dinars from his rented vehicle but did not clarify whether he had missed any installment payments. According to his statement, he had parked the rented car in front of his house, and the rental office towed it using a spare key, without prior notice. The citizen mentioned that he had left 100 dinars inside the vehicle and speculated that the rental office might have used a tracking device to locate and tow the car.
Authorities are summoning the rental office owner to address the citizen’s claims regarding the alleged theft and the tracking of the vehicle's movements.
