KUWAIT CITY, Aug 16: Officers from the Cybercrime Unit of the Criminal Investigations Department arrested a Kuwaiti student of a college for hacking into the emails of some girls, stealing their photographs and blackmailing them by threatening to scandalize them if they did not pay him, reports Al-Rai daily. Police received several complaints from victims and eventually Cybercrime officers managed to identify and arrest the hacker.
