KUWAIT CITY, March 17: A young man in an abnormal condition was arrested along King Fahad Road with narcotics in his possession. A security source revealed that while patrolling along the road, security men spotted a vehicle whose driver committed traffic violations. They signaled for the driver to stop, leading to the discovery that his companion was in an abnormal condition. After investigating, the officers found narcotics in his possession. He was referred to the concerned authorities, along with the confiscated narcotics.
In another development, detectives arrested a citizen who evaded a three-year prison sentence in Sulaibikhat. According to a security source, the detectives received information about the location of the citizen who is wanted by law. They rushed to the location, arrested the citizen, and referred him to the concerned authorities.
