Sheikh Fahad Yousef Al-Sabah

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 28:  Acting Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Yousef Saud Al-Sabah, who is also the Chairman of the Supreme Committee for Investigating Kuwaiti Nationality, confirmed that women whose nationalities were revoked under Article 8 of the Nationality Law—specifically Kuwaiti wives, divorcees, and widows residing in Kuwait—will retain their jobs and continue to receive the same salaries.

In a statement to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) on Thursday, Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef assured that retired Kuwaiti wives, divorcees, and widows whose nationalities were revoked under the same article would also continue to receive their retirement salaries.
