KUWAIT CITY, Dec 25: A Kuwaiti citizen born in the year 2002, encountered a traffic patrol officer who stopped him for reckless driving. The officer requested him to pull over and ride along in the patrol car. At that moment, the young man's mother arrived in her vehicle, accompanied by his father in another car. Both parents strongly opposed the idea of their son being detained, leading the officer to seek assistance from additional patrols.

As tensions escalated, both the young man and his mother ended up assaulting the policeman, the mother slapped the police officer and the youth jumped and leaped on the police officer. Consequently, the situation was brought under control, and the young man was restrained. Subsequently, his vehicle was taken to the Jabriya police station, where a case was being documented against him. The charges included insulting a public employee, assault and battery, defamation, and multiple traffic violations.
