KUWAIT CITY, Jul 9: The Civil Service Bureau underscored its commitment to enhancing job opportunities for national cadres, aiming to maximize human resources for national development. During a workshop titled “The New Mechanism for Civil Service Bureau Nominations for Engineering Titles,” new engineering titles like Project Engineer and Safety Engineer were introduced, alongside the media title of Editor. This initiative reflects efforts to align job titles with current industry standards and boost job performance. The Bureau, in collaboration with Kuwait University, updated these titles to meet evolving professional needs, emphasizing efficiency and the effective use of human resources. The workshop also highlighted strategic plans to improve government performance and readiness to meet future challenges, ensuring optimal service for the nation's benefit.
