In a statement to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), KRCS Chairman, Ambassador Khaled Al-Mughamis, emphasized that the delivery of this aid follows the directives of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.
