KUWAIT CITY, April 15: Director of the Meteorology Department, Dharar Al-Ali, announced that horizontal visibility in Kuwait is expected to remain low on Tuesday morning due to ongoing dust in the atmosphere. However, he noted that weather conditions are expected to improve gradually as the dust begins to settle in the afternoon.
Speaking to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), Al-Ali said the country was impacted by a severe dust storm on Monday, which reduced visibility to less than 500 meters—and even to zero in some areas. Wind speeds during the storm exceeded 70 kilometers per hour.
He added that temperatures are also gradually decreasing. Maximum temperatures are expected to range between 30 and 32 degrees Celsius, while minimum temperatures will range between 17 and 20 degrees Celsius.
