LOS ANGELES, Jan 17, (Agencies): The eagerly awaited lineup for the 2024 Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival has been unveiled! Festival organizers, on Tuesday, disclosed the list of performers set to take the stage during the two-weekend extravaganza. Headlining this year's event are acclaimed artists Lana Del Rey, Tyler, and Doja Cat, with the added excitement of a reunion performance by No Doubt. The festival is set to return to the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California.
To mark their return to the stage after more than three decades since their debut album, No Doubt, the "Don't Speak" hitmakers, shared a lively video on Instagram. In the video, lead singer Gwen Stefani stood before framed photos, highlighting the original artwork of Beacon Street Collection, the band's 1995 studio album. Expressing how the artwork brought back nostalgic memories, Stefani, aged 54, decided to reconnect with band member and bassist Tony Kanal, aged 53. The ensuing video chat included guitarist Tom Dumont and drummer Adrian Young.
During the virtual reunion, Stefani, reminiscing about the past, expressed her longing to spend time with the other band members. The "Hollaback Girl" singer posed the question, "Why do we not hang out?" prompting unanimous agreement from her bandmates that they should come together for a live show. No Doubt, having previously reunited in 2012 for their sixth album "Push and Shove," last performed as a group in 2015. Since then, the members have pursued individual projects, making this upcoming reunion at Coachella a highly anticipated event.
