KUWAIT CITY, May 11: The Kuwaiti Embassy in Sri Lanka has issued an advisory calling on its citizens to postpone their travel to Colombo and those already in Sri Lankan to exercise caution and stay away from trouble spots and protest areas, reports Al-Rai daily.

This came following the government in Colombo declaring a state of emergency and widespread curfew across the nation due to protests and unstable security situation. The advisory has called on Kuwaitis in Sri Lanka to contact the mission in case of any emergency on phone No 00 94 (77) 330 0077.
