Lindsay Lohan shares her 'normal' Dubai routine and LA differences
Lindsay Lohan

DUBAI, Nov 28: Lindsay Lohan keeps her daily routine relatively simple and lowkey. Ahead of the release of her new film Our Little Secret, the 38-year-old actress shared insights into her life in Dubai with her husband, Badar Shammas, and their son, Luai, in an interview with Flaunt magazine.

Lohan’s daily life in Dubai is largely unchanged from what many might expect. She begins her day by waking up with her son, having breakfast together before heading off to Pilates or a visit to the park. "It's the same things that any normal mom would do in their daily life," she explained. "Or you would do in L.A."

The biggest adjustment for Lohan, however, is the time zone difference. "I think the only difference is the time zone shift," she noted. "There's a big disconnect between when work starts for me and other places. I can do my work calls with New York at like three or four... and then L.A. picks up later."

Having moved to Dubai in 2014, Lohan was seeking a career reset after leaving Hollywood. Her focus was more on her work than her personal life during that time. Though the details of how Lohan met her husband remain private, both she and Shammas had roots in Dubai when they were first seen together in 2020. The couple welcomed their son, Luai, the following year.

In a March interview with PEOPLE, Lohan shared the joys of motherhood and revealed that her son’s "new thing" was giving her bald spots by pulling her hair out.

Looking ahead to the holidays, Lohan plans to spend Christmas in the U.S. with her family. Regardless of where she is, however, the actress will have a Christmas tree. "This year, he's getting bigger, so the holidays are getting more exciting, because we get to share it with our little one," Lohan said. "It just makes it all the better and all the more special."
