KUWAIT CITY, Feb 22: The Security Directorate of Hawally Governorate arrested 3 people who were running a local liquor factory. 308 bottles of locally distilled alcohol and a number of barrels containing fermented brew were found. They along with seized items were referred to the competent authority to take the necessary action against them.
