KUWAIT CITY, Jan 11: The Ministry of Interior's Ahmadi Security Directorate arrested a person for distilling alcohol in the Wafra area. 217 locally distilled bottles which were ready for sale and manufacturing tools were found at the site. He along with the seized items were referred to the competent authorities to take the necessary action against him
