KUWAIT CITY, Jan 31: Under the direct supervision of the Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Lieutenant General Sheikh Salem Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, the Rescue Police recently executed a security campaign in the Mahboula area, resulting in the issuance of 258 tickets and the apprehension of 38 individuals on various charges.
In alignment with the overarching goal of reinforcing security measures and upholding the rule of law across the nation, the General Administration of the Rescue Police initiated a comprehensive security campaign on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, under the leadership of the Acting Undersecretary.
The campaign yielded a total of (258) traffic violations, including (15) residency expiration tickets, (10) tickets for lack of proof, and the identification of (13) individuals with arrest warrants, including one wanted criminal. Furthermore, (5) vehicles subject to judicial custody were impounded, along with the detention of an individual found in possession of narcotics.
Emphasizing the ongoing commitment to security and stability, the General Administration of Security Relations and Media underscores the institution's continuous efforts to maintain the state's authority, apprehend lawbreakers, target individuals with outstanding warrants, and address various forms of criminal activities.
