KUWAIT CITY, Jan 5: As part of the ongoing efforts by the criminal security sector to uphold the law, enhance security measures, and apprehend individuals engaged in drug-related offenses, the General Department of Narcotics Control executed operations resulting in the arrest of 21 expats of various nationalities. They were found in possession of approximately 13 kilograms of various narcotic substances, including chemicals, shabu, hashish, marijuana, and cocaine, along with 14,000 pills of various psychotropic substances. Additionally, unlicensed firearms and proceeds from drug sales were confiscated.

Upon confrontation, the arrested individuals admitted ownership of the seized items, acknowledging their intent for trafficking and abuse. Both the suspects and the confiscated items were promptly handed over to the relevant authorities to initiate necessary legal measures against them.
