KUWAIT CITY, Jun 20: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anas Al-Saleh issued a decree suspending Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior Major General Mazen Al-Jarrah reports Al Rai.
Attorney-General, Dirar Al-Asousi, has officially written to the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of the Interior, and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Anas Al-Saleh, about the Deputy Undersecretary for Education and Training Affairs Major General Mazen Al-Jarrah concerning the investigations conducted by the Public Prosecution in the case of the Bangladeshi (also known as ‘Pablo’ and is a Member of Parliament in Bangladesh) who is involved in the visa trade and human trafficking.

The decision came after investigating into the case of the Bangladeshi parliamentarian revealed the suspicion of financial transactions and receiving bribes.
The prosecution’s investigations discovered Al-Jarrah had given nod to several transactions when he was assistant undersecretary for citizenship, passports and residence affairs, in exchange for receiving money as bribe.
