KUWAIT, May 7: Kuwait Ministry of Health said a man who was recently repatriated and broke the home quarantine Thursday was arrested by Ministry of Interior's personnel who took him to mandatory quarantine.


The MoH, in a statement sent to KUNA, said health authorities monitoring repatriated citizens through Shlonik mobile application, noticed that the man, who was in his 50s, went to a shopping center in a violation of the home quarantine rules.

The MoH immediately informed the MoI who sent personnel to arrest the man, whose name was not disclosed, and took him to a mandatory quarantine facility, it added.
Once he completes the mandatory quarantine, it said, the man would face legal charges for violating the home quarantine. (KUNA) --
