KUWAIT CITY, May 25: Ministry of Interior unit of Jahra security dept arrested a man who almost massacred security men who were on duty at a check point to implement curfew.
According to a security source, at a security point on Jahra Road a vehicle came at a high speed despite of prior warnings and signaling. It was found that the driver was in an abnormal condition.
