KUWAIT CITY, Feb 1: The Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy (MEW) has announced maintenance work on several secondary transformer stations across the six governorates starting today, Saturday. The maintenance work is scheduled to continue until February 8, 2025, and will result in power outages in specific areas at designated times, as outlined in the maintenance schedule.
The ministry stated on its official account on the (X) platform that the maintenance will begin at 8:00 AM and will last for four hours, although the duration may vary depending on the nature and conditions of the work.
