The senior officials from the Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) were present during the briefing. The Minister was briefed directly on the progress of the South Sabah Al-Ahmad City project, highlighting that the work is on schedule with the planned timelines.

This phase of the project aims to create 20,380 plots. Additionally, the East Sabah Al-Ahmad City project, involving the development of 1,148 homes alongside public buildings, road infrastructure, and service networks, was reviewed. The completion rates for this sector were also reported to be meeting expectations. Attention was also given to the vertical housing project within the investment suburb of Sabah Al-Ahmad City, comprising 60 buildings with a total of 1,110 apartments. Progress has been significant, with electricity supply completed for 40 buildings, and efforts are underway to finalize the electrical connections for the remaining structures.
