Ministry Of Education unveils new e-services on 'Sahel' to improve parent communication

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 21: The Ministry of Education has announced the launch of new electronic services through the (Sahel) application, aimed at improving communication between schools and parents. These services are part of the Ministry's ongoing efforts to enhance the efficiency of administrative procedures and strengthen the relationship between educational institutions and families.

One of the key features introduced is the "General Notifications" service, which enables school administrations to send important updates to parents. These notifications can include information about upcoming parent-teacher meetings, requests for attendance, schedules for distance learning, and other critical announcements.

Additionally, the Ministry has launched a service to notify parents of student absence warnings. Through this feature, school administrations will be able to inform guardians of their child's absences in accordance with official attendance regulations, ensuring that families are promptly made aware of any issues related to student attendance.

These new services are expected to facilitate better communication and provide timely information to parents, contributing to a more organized and responsive educational environment.
