KUWAIT CITY, Oct 27: The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs has announced that it received a notification from Saudi authorities stressing the need to adhere to all regulations regarding Hajj, particularly the requirement to obtain a permit before undertaking the pilgrimage.
The ministry highlighted that the Saudi authorities have reaffirmed a fatwa from the Council of Senior Scholars, which states that performing Hajj without a permit is not allowed.
To avoid penalties and violations, the Ministry of Endowments urged the public to strictly follow all guidelines and instructions related to Hajj.
